PRIZE LIST

RULES & REGULATIONS

All entries must be registered with a recognized warmblood, sport horse, pony, or thoroughbred association and provide proof of registration with entry forms.
Ponies must measure 14.2hh or under - measurements will be taken if discrepancies arise.
Handlers may only handle one entry per class.
Entries must be shown in appropriate bridles and tack. See turnout guide for more information.
Crops up to 30" are permitted in the show ring. No dressage whips or long bats.
Management reserves the right to decline any entry of an exhibitor or the participation of any agent, trainer, rider, or handler who has shown an objectionable attitude or behaviour.
ALL ENTRIES MUST MEET VACCINE REQUIREMENTS.

ENTRIES

All entries are due ONE WEEK before the start of the horse show (July 12th, 2026).
Any entries submitted after this date will be subject to a $25 late fee.
All fees must be paid prior to the start of the class. Any entries with outstanding balances at the end of the horse show will be subject to outstanding entry fees, at the discretion of show management.
Entries will be accepted via CompeteEasy.com
Entries will be accepted via email (CHBCManagement@gmail.com).
- Entry forms and alternative payment options will be available for participants by request. Please contact chbcmanagement@gmaill.com if you can not enter online. Payments will be taken through CompeteEasy.com via credit card.
Should a scratch be required after submitting an entry but before July 12th, 2026, individuals willreceive a full refund. After July 12th, 2026, administration fees will be processed and class fees will berefunded.

JUDGING

Entries will be judged on quality, substance, soundness, movement, and suitability for a career in the Hunter ring.
Entries will be judged at the walk, the trot, and standing individually for conformation.
Undersaddle classes will be judged at the walk, trot, and canter both directions.
- Martingales are not permitted in Undersaddle classes.
